Hello All!  Platinum Imagery Portrait Studio will be holding special "Fur Baby Mini Sessions" on Saturday, March 21st and Sunday, March 22nd.  In an effort to support Almost Home No Kill Animal Shelter in Southfield, we will be waiving our session fee and are asking that participants bring with them a bag of dog food or supplies which will then be donated to Almost Home.

In exchange, you will receive a 30 minute session with your fur baby and an in person ordering session within 2 weeks of the session.  We've put together two special discounted packages to choose from:

Lucy Package:  $229 for 3 5x7 matted prints and 1 high res file ($60 savings)

Scout Package:  $399 for 6 5x7 matted prints and 2 high res files  ($180 savings)

Professionally Licensed Hair and Makeup Artist

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Applicant must be skilled at creating flattering hair styles and applying beautiful makeup that suits our Beauty Photography brand.

In addition, applicant should:

Value professional growth.  Be invested in learning new techniques to improve skills.

• Work efficiently; styles hair and makeup within time provided (usually 1 hour per subject).
• Provide hair and makeup services for 1-3 subjects; may include multiple look(s)/change(s).
• Bring a range of hair and makeup tools and products to every shoot.
• Hold self to high professional standards.
• Arrive dressed and styled in a professional manner that reflects our glamour image.
•  -  Always be punctual.
•  -  Refrain from phone use throughout scheduled time.
•  -  Always use well-maintained, santized products and tools.
•  -  Be professional, kind and respectful in words and actions.
•  -  Make sure client is comfortable and happy throughout session.
•  -  Be able to receive critiques graciously either from the client or photographer.
• Support our brand's mission of empowering women by helping them look and feel beautiful.

AVAILABILITY:

Applicants should generally be available on some or all of the following days: Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays. You will typically be scheduled from 10 am-12pm (Basic Session: 1 subject, 1 look) or from 10-3pm (“Ultimate Girls Day Out” Session or Headshots Mini Marathon: 1-4 subjects with multiple looks changes.) Expect to arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled session.

PAY:

Pay is negotiable. If interested in this position, please provide your requested fee for each of the two session types: Basic and Ultimate Girls Day Out.

Hair and makeup artists may also be given the option to take on assistant role throughout the shoot.
